Booking site Hotels.com has a worldwide range of over 110,000 accommodations. The popular booking site is able to provide the lowest prices available by using one of the largest hotel contracting teams in the industry. The website contains over 1.8 million reviews - from users who actually stayed in the hotels - by which customers can make a well-advised choice. The company currently operates more than 70 Hotels.com websites worldwide, including 31 sites in 24 languages across EMEA. In 2009 Hotels.com won the Gold Award for best booking site for hotel accommodations in the magazine Webuser.

LeadsPR has always been strongly represented in the travel, tourism and leisure industry. We made positioning plans, communication plans and undertook public relations activities for several companies.
 
Mission
In 2009 LeadsPR was given responsibility for the PR activities of Hotels.com in the Netherlands. In collaboration with PR agencies around the world we create a position of authority for Hotels.com. We watch over the top of mind position and the brand identity of the booking site. Our goal is to consolidate the reputation of Hotel.com as being the #1 hotel booking site in the Netherlands.
 
Strategy
Yearly is made both a pan-European and a national public relations and communication plan. LeadsPR has created a strong relationship with various media by positioning Hotels.com as an authority on tourism and travel in The Netherlands. Our media relations are briefed regularly on the progress made within the hotel industry through personal updates with Hotels.com Marketing Managers. Furthermore, the responsibilities of LeadsPR include the production and distribution of press releases for both business and consumer press, the generation of readers offers and the guiding and launching of market/consumer research.
 
Result
Hotels.com is the leading hotel booking site in The Netherlands. The booking site is also considered as an authority on tourism and travel. There are published several publications in print and online media - in both consumer media and trade press – on a Weekly basis.
